They recognised the urgent need for wider access to ENT services in rural and regional areas and set out to deliver world class care to country Australia. With multiple regional locations they saw Country Hearing Care as the perfect partner to help them achieve this.

Comprehensive Telehealth
CENT and Country Hearing care have pioneered new ENT telehealth services to provide more care options for their regional and rural patients. This means there are options for patients to have HD video examinations performed by fully qualified Audiologists in the closest Country Hearing Care clinic. A telehealth health appointment will then be scheduled with an ENT Doctor to review your history, view your video examination, and discuss the next steps. This means that often a diagnosis and management plan can be made for patients without having to travel hundreds of KMs to capital cities.
