Why Country Hearing Care?
Country Hearing Care is first and foremost a hearing healthcare provider. Part of that service involves the fitting, programming and servicing of hearing aids however we are not a ‘budget hearing aid shop’! That’s the difference, here you receive ongoing care from fully qualified clinicians and highly trained staff with no sales targets or commissions.
We want you to feel comfortable and confident with your new hearing aids. If, within 45 days of your fitting, you don’t feel they’re the right solution for you, we’ll work with you to find the best outcome, including a refund in line with our refund policy.

Hearing aids come in a range of levels of technology which, in-turn, come in a range of prices. Pensioners and Veterans are entitled to services through the Australian Government’s Hearing Services Program (HSP), which includes fully subsidised basic hearing aids. ‘Top-up’ aids with higher levels of technology are partially subsidised.
